Return Value

True if an annotation's Width and Height are always in chart relative coordinates, false otherwise.

An annotation's width and height may be set in relative chart or axes coordinates. By default relative chart coordinates are used.

To use axes coordinates for size set the SizeAlwaysRelative property to false and either anchor the annotation to a data point or set the AxisX or AxisY properties.
